Under the guidance of Master Chef Edward Janos, Chef KDJ has honed his skills to perfection. A certified executive chef and former member of Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, he is known for his execution and culinary excellence.
But Chef KDJ's journey goes beyond the kitchen. Having overcome poverty and oral cancer, he is passionate about giving back to the community. He mentors youth and serves the homeless, making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Chef KDJ's accomplishments extend beyond his culinary expertise. He has written two inspiring books, "Cooking Up Your Dreams" and "Well Done," sharing his culinary journey and valuable life lessons. He has also shared the stage with renowned personalities like Tom Hanks and appeared on the popular show, Bar Rescue.
