For a very long time I’ve had a goal of doing a cooking demonstration for the employees of Rocket Companies and on a prayer my journey started when my mom forwarded me the contact details to Gretchen Meredith. Everyone I’ve communicated with going forward was extremely kind, gracious and very professional, making my exchanges real and motivating enough to keep the fire burning and my hope alive.
